Dear Friends,

Whether it’s because of an international pandemic, or the ordinary trials of life, we all experience: pain, sorrow, and hard times. I have known my shares of trials in my lifetime. One of the ways I have managed to learn and to cope is through writing. This blog was originally birthed as a way for me to express what I was feeling in a positive way. Over the past six years, it has been read by friends and family from around the world. Moving forward, the stories and poems published here will continue to show my own personal growth, as I come to know more and more that my identity is in Christ, and not in any label the world can place on me.  I hope as you read these stories and poems that you will relate and that you will be reminded of the ultimate Truth.
